International Expansion
Scaling impact without diluting quality. Our branch model brings Satori science and education to communities worldwide — adapted to local culture, backed by global standards.
What every Satori branch includes.
Each branch operates as an independent entity under a licensing agreement with Satori HQ in Malta. Branches maintain local autonomy while benefiting from a shared ecosystem of research, curricula, and community.
Licensed access to all Satori curricula and methodologies
Full Training the Trainers certification for local facilitators
Shared research infrastructure and data protocols
Co-branded marketing toolkit and digital presence
Ongoing quality assurance and impact reporting support
Membership in the global Satori branch network and annual summit
A phased approach to worldwide presence.

Sustainable growth for HQ and branches alike.
Licensing Fees
Annual branch license provides access to all Satori IP, curricula, and support infrastructure. Tiered pricing based on market size and local purchasing power.
Revenue Sharing
Branches retain the majority of programme revenue. A small percentage flows back to HQ to fund ongoing R&D, quality assurance, and network coordination.
Grant Co-Applications
HQ and branches jointly apply for EU, national, and foundation grants — multiplying funding potential and distributing research costs across the network.
